Yesterday went out with my hubby. We had our lunch at a food centre then took the mrt to orchard. After reaching we decided to catch a movie since we had no where to go. We went to Lido to watch "Speed Racer". The cinema was quite empty maybe because everyone thinks the movie is lame? I paid for the tickets because hubby paid for the lunch (don't want him to spend so much money in one day). Ain't i a good gf? Yes/No =)

The movie was not too bad. I thought it would be very boring as the tailer looks rather lame. The name of the main character was Speed Racer (such a weird name). There was a part where the younger brother of the Speed pointed his middle finger. I find it pretty hilarious. Speed older brother Rex faked his death & went for plastic surgery to hide his identity.

Steamboat Gathering with friends Friday, May 9, 2008

I was the organiser of this gathering. It was our first time going out together since the start of school. We had lots & lots of fun talking non-stop. After school, i and Colin went home to change while Pei Qi & Xin En went to Jing Yin house to play with her doggy. Pei Qi and Xin En were too lazy to go home to change so they bought their clothes with them. We were suppose to meet at 3pm at Vivo but all of us ended up late. lol. Hubby knows i'm always a late-queen but my friends came later then me. Xin En's bf (Tevin) was the first to arrive followed by Colin, me and the rest of the girls. I left my house at around 3.15pm thinking that i was the last but i was wrong.

Tevin and Colin was already at Starbucks waiting for us. I went to look for the guys first because the rest of the girls are still stuck somewhere in Sengkang. The rest of the girls arrive at around 5pm. We planned to leave Vivo at 5pm but they arrive at 5pm. =.= Tevin treated us some drinks and cake at Starbucks. We girls wanted to save some space in our stomach for the steamboat so we pushed 1 of the cakes to Colin. Poor Colin had to finish the remaining of a another cake too. Our next stop was Pet Safari. We just adore dogs. They are so kawaii. We stay there for about half an hour just looking at the puppys. I wanna get another dog!! After that we went to Daiso. Xin En started her shopping. Then we went to Forever21 and finally took the mrt to bugis. We went to bugis street because Xin En and Pei Qi wanted to buy their bag. My bf and i went to buy my mother's day present. I brought for her a Guess watch so now i'm broke. We went to "Tian Tian Huo Guo" for our dinner.
