鼎泰豐 Din Tai Fung

Lunch with my mum and brother. The food there was not bad. I only like their dumplings. I was quite disappointed in the noodle.

Here are the few dishes that we ate. Only took a picture of one dish. Hence, most of the pictures are taken from the website.

Green vegetable and pork wonton soup.

Noodles mixed in sesame and Peanuts.

Fried pork chop.

Steamed crab meat and pork dumpling.

Shrimp and pork shao-mai dumpling.

Steamed Chinese-style layer cake.

My brother ordered a bowl of noodle but i can't find the picture. I think is mushroom something. And there's another dish i forgot what's the name of it. The skin is made of coconut and the inside contains peanut. It sort of represents 汤圆 (Glutinous Rice Ball).
